Procedures & Guidelines


IN PLACE TO PROTECT YOU (Hotel procedures)

*Wall mounted hand sanitisers on entrance and throughout the Hotel

*We have a 'one way' system in place with floor arrows to follow

*Signs around the Hotel to guide you eg 'IN / OUT / PLEASE WAIT'

*For the foreseeable we will be table service only

*Tables are currently restricted to 6 people (if anymore then you will be split between 2 tables

*Extra cleaning in place throughout the Hotel

*All Tables will be set 1M+ apart to keep in line with Social distancing



WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU (the customer)

*If you're feeling unwell or are showing any symptoms then please stay home and reschedule your booking when safe to do so

*Use our provided hand sanitisers placed on entrance and throughout

*Follow the above procedures - they are there to protect you

*1 Member of your booking will be asked to leave their name and number to help with 'Track & Trace'

*We know you will have missed some staff but please refrain from hand shakes/hugs (for now) - remember please keep your distance



WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT FROM US (the staff)

*All staff will be wearing face masks/shields and social distancing where possible

*All staff will have their temperature checked on arriving to their shift and at the end of their shift as well as hand washing/sanitising throughout
